Briana Jungwirth says she'll strike a custody deal with Louis Tomlinson, but his new girlfriend is a deal breaker.
TMZ broke the story, Louis and Briana struck a temporary custody deal hours before an emergency court hearing in which the One Direction singer was set to tell a judge she was holding their 1-month-old hostage in order to squeeze more money out of him.
Sources connected to Briana tell us, she's also deeply concerned about Louis' new GF, Danielle Campbell. Briana does NOT want Danielle to interact with her kid, in part because it could confuse the infant and interfere with a critical bonding period.
We're told Louis wants to take little Freddie to his L.A. home and spend time ... with Danielle present. Briana is adamant that should not happen. We're told she only wants Louis to spend time with Freddie at her home.
As we reported, the temporary deal gives Louis modest visitation but no overnights. They're still negotiating child support.
BLAC CHYNA CAR CRASH REALITY STAR WANTED BY COPS
The woman cops say confessed to causing a major wreck while driving Blac Chyna's BMW has been dodging cops and now she's facing serious charges.
TMZ has learned the L.A. County D.A. has hit Charmeika "Paige" Addison's with a felony hit and run charge for the November crash, where she t-boned a SUV, injuring 3 girls inside.
We broke the story ... witnesses say Addison bailed right after the crash, but met with cops a few days later to confess. She claimed Blac Chyna was not in the car during the accident.
She was not arrested while cops finished their investigation and sent the case to the D.A.'s office -- but now they can't track her down, so they've issued an arrest warrant.
Addison, who's appeared on "Boss Nails," is also facing charges for reckless driving and driving without a license.
SALMA HAYEK COPS SAY NEIGHBOR HAD RIGHT TO SHOOT DOG
Salma Hayek's beloved dog was shot and killed by a neighbor, TMZ has learned, and cops have closed the case because the dog was trespassing on his property.
As we reported, Salma's 9-year-old dog, Mozart, was found dead last week at her Washington state ranch.
Cops launched an investigation and tell us Salma's neighbor confessed to shooting the dog, but there were extenuating circumstances. The neighbor told police he was sick of her dogs coming onto his property and attacking his dogs, which he says happened every time Salma's caretaker took the pets for a walk.
The neighbor told cops... several of Salma's dogs were in his garage on the day in question ... and he used a pellet gun to scare the animals away. The neighbor said he had no intention of killing any of the animals and cops also believe the pellet gun ordinarily would not be lethal.
Police have closed the investigation since the dogs were on the neighbors property.

Buhari said he would rather use the N5000 to repair the infrastructures in schools and empower mining and agriculture than to give the money to people who don't work;

Oscars protesters line up outside the award show
Protesters led by the Rev Al-Sharpton lined near the celebrity drop-off for the Oscar Awards to protest the lack of diversity among this year's nominees. The crowd were about 300 armed with signs and boom boxes.
Al Sharpton, who told the Academy:
Adding that the difference between him and Chris Rock is thatChris tells jokes and he tells the truth.
"You are out of time. "We are not going to allow the Oscars to continue. This will be the last night of an all-white Oscars."Speaking to the protesters gathered in a small car park, Sharpton promised a longer protest, along with pressure on advertisers, if the situation fails to change next year.

Pastor is shot and killed at the altar by his brother who was sitting in congregation
William Schooler, 70 (right), a pastor at St Peter's Missionary Baptist in Dayton, Ohio was shot and killed by his brother while service was in session at the church. The choir was singing when the suspect, 69-year-old Daniel (left), got up, followed the pastor and shot him as he got behind the pulpit. He died at the scene from his injuries.
While the motive for the shooting is not clear, reports say it was related to a domestic incident.
Schooler was a decorated Vietnam veteran who was awarded the Bronze star graduated from Central State University in 1972, the Ohio State University in 1976, and Grace College, Columbia, South Carolina in 2003. He was appointed pastor of the church in 2011.
